Fine Art (Print Only)
While many images in my collection are standard sizes, some images require custom sizing. Feel free to contact me via email with any questions regarding available sizing of a particular image. There are many variables in both printing and framing.
Prints can be ordered on a fine art paper of your choice that works well with your style. If you prefer more of a matted look, fine art textured paper is an option. If you prefer a glossy or metallic look, Crystal Archive paper, a silver halide paper, is an option. Watercolor paper can be either mat or glossy. A one-inch border around the image helps with matting and framing. Prints may be signed with a digital signature upon request.
Quality of paper, color, and craftsmanship varies among printers. Materials can vary Some materials are archival, for example, while others are not. Some scratch, some are scratch. Some are water resistant. Printers vary in the size images they can print.
You could mat and frame your image yourself or take it to your favorite frame shop to be matted and framed. Framing is typically independent of print cost. Cost of framing will depend on the size of the image, single, double or floating mat presentation, type of glass or acrylic (clear, UV, or museum quality) chosen, and the type and style of frame.
Post COVID, note that there have been shortages and backorder issues with fabrication materials needed for framing. Note too that glass in larger sizes can be difficult for a small frame shop to handle or order. Some framers can only order mats for prints 60" x 40" or less in size. Turnaround time is also a consideration.
Canvas Gallery Wrap
(Ready to hang)
Archival (museum quality) fine-art canvas prints feature protective coating for maximum UV and crack protection and hanging wires and corner braces for maximum strength. The typical stretcher frame (the frame in the back) is 1 1/2 inches deep. Edges that are stretched or gallery wrapped can be a solid color or overflow from the colors of the image. Gallery wraps are cost-effective and eye-catching. Framing is optional.

With acrylic print mounting, detail and tonal range are brought to life. Select photographic paper is used for amazing color and longevity. Acrylic prints can be standard or anti-reflective and corners can be square or rounded upon request. Acrylic prints are typically not framed.
Lumachrome acrylic is highly glossy and slick.
Silver Gelatin is something to consider for monochrome images that have deep blacks and crisp whites.
Duraplaq is durable and easy to clean.
Self-adhesive wall prints are easy to install, reposition, and remove.
Triptics are available with three images of your choice.
