In November in Alaska the temperatures are cooler and the weather is unpredictable. I didn't see any wildlife while cruising on the ferry, from Juneau towards Haines, but I was fortunate that it wasn't raining. I was awed by the ever-changing, low-lying, glorious clouds over the mountains. As a photographer, I didn't want the clouds to lift, but rather to savor their mystery.
